Our Mission: To provide the finest in 100% Natural and 100% Grass Fed Beef at a fair price to the families of Southern Arizona. Our Beef is our integrity. We want it to be the best quality at an affordable price. Providing a quality product to families is our goal, but in this day and age, money is tight and affordability becomes the focus for most families. We offer the benefits of year round production, USDA inspection and monthly nutritional testing to help ensure that the beef you are buying is the best possible. Our grass fed beef is grown at elevations from 2500 to 8000 feet on all natural forage at their natural growth rate. A typical animal takes at least twice as long to grow as conventionally grown beef and taste can vary as the seasons change. You are truly tasting the seasonal variation in forage. Fat is minimal and Omega 3 levels are many times higher than Salmon (We test our beef to prove it!) We are blessed to be in the cattle business and look forward to providing this very unique product to your family for many years to come.
