The Core of our business is commercial cattle ranching.  The reality is that there is not enough grass in the u.s. to support grass fed beef for everyone.  southern Arizona is ideal for this type of small scale beef production, because when most of the country is under snow , we can grow grass. it is a niche market  and we are proud to offer it, however, we are blessed to have fed hundreds of thousands of american families with the safest and highest quality grain fed protein in the world.
